Woody's Flamin' Hot Cheeto Mac and Cheese with Mountin Dew Cooling Sauce

One Bag Hot Cheetos
Tri-Color Rotini
Panko Breadcrumbs
Cotija Cheese
Can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Chili
Bag Cheddar Cheese
"Cheese" Powder from package of HOT CHEETO MAC AND CHEESE
Velveeta Cheese
Whole Milk
Butter
Smoked Paprika
Berbere
Chili Powder
Creme Fraiche (Or Yogurt)
Lemons and Limes
Salt & Pepper
Step 1: Make Pasta
Step 2: Over low heat combine Milk, Butter, Powder from Hot Cheeto Mac and Cheese, Cotija Cheese, Bag cheese, blended Chipotle Peppers in adobe sauce, smoked Paprika, Berbere, and Chili Powder. Bring it to simmer and stir often until it reaches desired consistency.
Step 3. Combine cooked noodles with sauce in casserole dish. Add Panko breadcrumbs and crunched up Hot Cheetos.
Step 4. Cook in oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes until it's bubbly and crispy.
Step 5. While dish cooks in the oven make the Mountain Dew Cooling Sauce. Zest and juice lemon and lime. Combine with Creme Fraiche (or yogurt).
